Ian MacKenzie is a novelist and the author of Nothing on Earth, Feast Days, and City of Strangers. He was born and raised in Massachusetts and has lived in Ethiopia, Brazil, Myanmar, New York City, and Washington, D.C. He now lives in Southern Africa with his wife and daughter.
